This coming weekend sees me playing for another birthday party at the Praha restaurant in Hinckley and for Valentine’s Day I will be serenading the love birds at Langar Hall in Nottinghamshire.
I have also taken bookings for a birthday party and a singalong session locally this week as well as taking on 2 new students for lessons.
During February and March I will be playing at 3 wedding fayres at East Midlands Airport hotel (28th Feb), the Link Hotel in Loughborough (13th March), and Nottingham Race Course (20the March)
So if anyone would like to pop along for a chat about their wedding music, or any other event, please feel free.

Ps I have just received a booking for February 13th to play at a Valentines weekend event at the Kings Head in Duffield, Derbyshire. It’s going to be a busy couple of weeks.

Langar Hall, Nottinghamshire

Last Saturday was the wedding of Becky and Thomas at Langar Hall. It’s a beautiful hall just outside Nottingham in the village of Langar.
The couple, family and friends had an intimate dinner in the elegantly decorated dining room whilst I provided background music during the meal.
After the wedding breakfast was a chance for people to have a drink and a chat before the service in the garden room.
As the weather was sunny, the doors to the garden were able to be open and this made the room almost part of the halls gardens.
Becky walked down the aisle to ‘Summertime ‘ and as a surprise,  the married couple came back up the aisle to the theme from the 1960s T.V show, ‘ Batman’.
The groom knew nothing about, as it was kept as a surprise because he is a massive Batman fan.
After  the photographs in the grounds,  Becky and Thomas left in an immaculate VW camper van, complete with Champagne.
Everybody had a fun time and enjoyed themselves in a very peaceful and  stunning venue and I wish Becky and Thomas all the best for the future together and thank you for asking me to be part of their special day.
