As it is a typical bank holiday (Wet) I am using the time to research possible venues for the StaxofSax ensemble workshops.

I am looking at Cannock in Staffordshire and Romford in Essex but we are open to suggestions. Typically we are looking for somewhere that has a hall big enough to hold 20ish players with decent acoustics (church halls are a bit boomy and hurt the ears) and another 3 smaller rooms that can house quintets for rehearsal purposes.

If any one has ideas we are very interested in hearing them.
