Well we did it!  Brass wind and fire played at the North Kilworth Village BBQ and a good time was had by one and all.  A nice relaxed atmosphere with loud shirts being the dress code for the day.  The weather was on our side and we didn’t lose to many people to the England V USA football match.  Casual Sax started the second half off in style.  We played ‘I feel Good'(James Brown) ‘Mambo No. 5, ‘Blue Moon’ (the Mud Version) and ‘Sir Duke’.  Luckily Dan, BWF’s drummer was able to help us out by keeping us on the straight and narrow with the tempo and we have decided to keep the group going with a rehearsal once a month.  We are also opening it up to other players. So lets see where this will take us.  Further updates later.
